(Al-Anfal) 8 : 44
وَإِذْ يُرِيكُمُوهُمْ إِذِ الْتَقَيْتُمْ فِي أَعْيُنِكُمْ قَلِيلًا وَيُقَلِّلُكُمْ فِي أَعْيُنِهِمْ لِيَقْضِيَ اللَّهُ أَمْرًا كَانَ مَفْعُولًا ۗ وَإِلَى اللَّهِ تُرْجَعُ الْأُمُورُ
And you remember when He showed them to you as few in your eyes when both of you met, and He made you appear as few in their eyes so that Allah might accomplish a matter already destined; And to Allah returns all matters.
The forelock of every creature in the universe is with the Lord. So, whoever entrusts upon Lord, he will not be affected by any harm from anyone as explained in verses 2: 152 and 6: 81.
